Anna Olson, after earning a degree in political studies from Queen’s University and a brief stint in banking, followed her true passion at Johnson & Wales University’s culinary program. She’s since become one of Canada’s most renowned chefs, hosting multiple Food Network shows including “Sugar,” “Bake,” and “Fresh with Anna Olson.”
Michael Olson has been a Chef Professor at Niagara College since 2000, sharing his expertise with the next generation of culinary professionals. Together, they’ve authored 12 bestselling cookbooks, including their co-authored “The Inn on the Twenty Cookbook.”
